Transit Damage
At LUMARO, we ensure that every timepiece is professionally packed to withstand international transit. However, if your product arrives damaged due to transportation:
- Please inspect the package immediately upon arrival before signing.
- If damage is visible, please document it with clear photographs of the packaging and the product.
- Contact our concierge service within 24 hours of delivery to arrange an immediate replacement.
Quality Issues
We stand behind the craftsmanship of the brands we showcase. If you identify a genuine manufacturing defect or quality issue:
- Notification must be made to our customer service within 7 days of receipt.
- “Quality issues” include movement malfunctions or manufacturing flaws that deviate from the product description.
- Our specialists will conduct a remote assessment via photos/videos to verify the claim and provide a resolution.
Final Sale
Due to the exclusive nature of luxury timepieces and the logistical complexity of international fulfillment, we operate a refined return policy:
- Returns are not accepted for non-quality related issues.
- This includes, but is not limited to: change of mind, subjective aesthetic preferences, or size fit issues where dimensions were accurately provided.
We encourage all clients to consult with our WhatsApp experts for detailed photos, videos, and specifications before completing a purchase to ensure total satisfaction.
Exclusions
The following conditions are not eligible for exchange or replacement:
- Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or neglect after delivery.
- Normal wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches on the bracelet or case through usage).
- Products that have been modified or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
